The municipality's 60-second “Peuran polku” feature, published on 3 November 2021 through its Kaitsu goes Reisjärvi series, is an invitation to explore the region's marked long-distance trail from Petäjämäki. Its description promotes walking the network in sections and situates it in the quiet forests and backcountry of Etelä-Sydänmaa. The promotional copy gives an older breakdown of route sections that differs from the municipality's current 115-kilometre headline. Treat the film as a dated introduction and use the current municipal map for distances, markings and trail condition.

Published by Reisjärven kunta on 6 August 2021, “Elisabethin kirkko, Reisjärvi” runs for four minutes and marks the church's bicentenary. The municipal description says Jyrki Liikanen filmed it and that parishioners sing the local song “Laulu Reisjärvelle”; it also identifies historic church details, the cemetery and the memorial to those who died in the famine. This makes the film a useful cultural companion to the 1821 wooden church, rather than a substitute for visiting it. The parish opens the church during services or by arrangement, so check access before going.

The Regional Assembly of Northern Ostrobothnia published this 162-second account of the “Sum of Its Parts” community-art project on 13 December 2023. Residents in six municipalities worked with artists Jenny Grönholm and Jass Kaselaan to make nature-themed wall mosaics; Reisjärvi's work, Suopursu, is at the health and social-services centre. The video adds a contemporary civic-art story to the town's museums and church heritage. Because the mosaic is inside a working service building, confirm public access and opening arrangements rather than assuming the interior is open for sightseeing.
