Carluke (; Scottish Gaelic: Cathair MoLuaig) is a town that lies in the heart of the Lanarkshire countryside in South Lanarkshire, Scotland, 4+3⁄4 miles (7.5 kilometres) northwest of Lanark and 4+1⁄4 mi (7 km) southeast of Wishaw.
